Step-by-Step Guide
Unbox your JingleBear and check if everything is there

- Type-C to Type-C cable x1

Charge your JingleBear
- To charge your JingleBear, connect the provided Type-C to Type-C cable to a 5V 2A Type-C adapter.
- Locate the Jingle Bears MagicBox inside the pouch at the back of the JingleBear, and connect the charging cable to the Type-C port.
- During charging, a red light indicator will be visible on the Jingle Bears MagicBox.
- Once fully charged, the light indicator will then turn green.
Download the Jingle Bears app
- Scan the QR code on the Jingle Bears website to download the app from the App Store or Play Store.
- Alternatively, you can search for Jingle Bears on the App Store or Play Store.
Create your account
- Create a parent account on the Jingle Bears app by selecting your country and entering your email address.
- Set a secure password to protect your account.
Turn on your JingleBear
On the Jingle Bears MagicBox, there will be an on/off button. Simply press and hold this for 3 seconds to turn the JingleBear on.
Pair your JingleBear with the Jingle Bears app
- Click the “+” button in the upper right corner of the app, and click “Add Device”.
- Click on the JingleBear that appears to complete the pairing process.
*Make sure you are connected to a WiFi configuration that supports 2.4 GHz.
Fully personalise your JingleBear
Now that you have connected your JingleBear to the app, you can personalise the following details via the “Edit” mode to truly make it your own:
- Change the name of your JingleBear to match what your child calls it.
- Change the icon to an uploaded image of your choice.
- Choose or switch between the languages.
- Click on the “Role Change” to decide what character would be best suited for your child.
- Click on the “Role Edit” to fully customise the character.
- Adjust the volume level.
Your JingleBear is ready to go!
Your JingleBear is ready to begin a fun new adventure with your child! Just say “Hey JingleBear!” to ask a question, play a game, or start a story. You can press the button on the left ear at any time to restart or pause the conversation.
